MorningStar Coffee

MorningStar Coffee is a full-service coffee company and supplier of fine coffee brewing equipment and accessories which is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. We purchase our coffee from direct importers who represent small, high quality coffee producing farms. These coffee farmers have continued their traditional methods of farming as they have for many years. Still today, the coffee is picked by hand and naturally dried in the farmers fields - just as it has for generations.

The process of getting the coffee from the bean to the cup is an extensive and important one. Utmost care is taken when picking the cherries from the trees. They are then washed in natural spring water and left in the sun to dry. When the beans reach the perfect moisture content, they are hulled and screened for defects and graded by size. This process is critical - as one bad bean can disrupt the flavor consistency.

We are proud to offer the region's highest quality and freshest coffees from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Indonesia, and Kenya. In addition to coffee we offer fine teas, coffee syrups and flavorings, coffee brewers and espresso machines, cups as well as full line of coffee accessories.

MorningStar Coffee is proudly served at many fine Twin City Restaurants and is available at Kowalski's Markets.
